St. Peter

Out of the blue
and into the sand,
the sea shore
eats in to you…

Cinnamon sprangled lips
that melts the angst within
and arms that crush the memoirs
oh! Saint Peter save my soul.

Out of the blue
and into the sand,
the sea shore
eats in to you…

Now I search for that place
to rest my soul
to rest my head…

Out of the blue
and into the sand,
the sea shore
eats in to you…
Out of the blue
and into the sand,
the sea shore
eats in to….

…me…

oh! St. Peter save my soul
the sea shore
is eating in to me…

Alone

The past seemed a wire
a naked wire; electrified,
The future slept in my bed
but then hopes are never glorified.

A smile on your face
blank noises; you’re not alone,
A tear that rapes me; your tear
sadness; you’re not alone…
…you’re not alone.

All those stones in my pocket
the jagged edge of that diamond,
running in circles in square boxes
castles made out of sand.

A smile on your face
blank noises; you’re not alone,
A tear that rapes me; your tear
sadness; you’re not alone…
…you’re not alone.

Now, beliefs and solitude away
and I don’t mind; which ever way…
you’re not alone
you’re not alone…

A smile on your face
blank noises; you’re not alone,
A tear that rapes me; your tear
sadness; you’re not alone…
…you’re not alone.
